Volunteers Needed for Chain Reaction Day!
Saturday, May 2nd
The snow may still be flying but planning has begun for Spring CHAIN Reaction Day. Although this is the designated day, we are flexible with alternative dates that best fit your schedule. Will you consider volunteering? Your assistance of just an hour or two helps seniors remain a vital part of our community! The number elderly homes completed in our communities is based on the amount of volunteers recruited. We need your help!
Spread the Love
Marinette County Elderly Services received over 1,200 handmade cards as part of the Love Letters Campaign, sponsored by Meals on Wheels Association of America, Do Something, and Mentor Up.
Thank you to hundreds of area youth and their teachers for brightening Valentine’s Day for Marinette County’s homebound seniors with these beautiful cards.
Incorporated in 1974, the organization offers a wide spectrum of services within the community and to those elderly who are homebound. We are committed to providing quality programs and services that meet individual needs and promote independence. In addition, we believe that older persons should be given every opportunity to participate in the planning and development of their community-based long-term care needs.
